This post is long overdue, thanks to overwork and the need to over-relax, as it were.

However, further to my previous post, I received a reply in early January from US Airways, excerpted here:

“We expect all our employees to perform their duties in a helpful and friendly manner and are thrilled to know your expectations were met by the service you received! Few people take the time to write a complimentary letter or let us know when things go right.”

Great follow-through all the way down the line through the corporation – an experience not found everywhere these days.
